Refund Policy
Logistics & Liability
Rupkatha Boutique uses third-party logistics for processing all orders. In unforeseen circumstances wherein the logistics partner refuses to accept a customer's claim of wrong or tampered delivery or non-delivery of parcels, Rupkatha Boutique shall not be held liable for any loss until the below-mentioned guidelines are
followed by customers.
Guidelines for Customers
• If a Rupkatha Boutique parcel is received in a tampered condition, the customer shall refuse to
accept the parcel from the logistics partner.
• In case the customer denies receiving the parcel while the logistics partner shows the parcel as
delivered, the customer must raise the issue within 48 hours of the delivery message. Rupkatha
Boutique will share the Proof of Delivery (POD) with the customer after receiving it from the logistics
partner.
• Even after sharing the POD, if a customer refuses to accept the authenticity of the shared POD,
Rupkatha Boutique can ONLY assist the customer in raising the concern with the concerned logistics
partner.
Color & Product Representation
Quality is of utmost importance at Rupkatha Boutique and we put special efforts to publish the best quality
pictures with true-to-life colours for our customers. However, digital photography has its limitations. Though
we strive to achieve accuracy, many factors affect the way colours look in digital versions compared to real
life. Factors such as weather and lighting conditions, and even the monitor settings of the viewer, can cause
colour variation.
Please note the following colour-related limitations:
• Garments with shades of blue and green may look different from their actual tone. The same applies
to many iridescent colours like Orange, Bright Pink, and Purple.
• Deep colours such as Black, Dark Navy Blue, and Dark Brown may appear similar in digital images.
• Pale colours like Off-White, White, Grey, and Cream may look different in pictures depending on the
lighting conditions at the time of the photoshoot.
These colour variations do not constitute a defect and will not be considered valid grounds for a return or
refund unless the product is materially different from its description.
